About rep duets:

The solo part is unchanged from the original, with parts added to fill out interludes. They are excellent to play with your teacher or student, or to record and practice with.

The flute part is essentially the piano accompaniment reduced to a single flute line. It’s super useful if you’re like me and want to dig into the accompaniment, but can’t play the piano very well. The second flute also plays the melodic parts during the interludes.

For the best playing experience, I recommend playing from the score with an iPad/tablet and page turner, if available.
