I finished and edited this arrangement, finally!

I started this project just for fun, just because I LOVE this piece. Then, while working on it, I thought I should perform it, and decided to include it on a recital in Hawai’i while visiting family.

This arrangement is of the entire concerto, and is so fun to play with a friend, or record one part and play the other. The solo part is left unchanged, but with additional parts added during the orchestral tutti sections.

What a great way to prepare this piece for a performance- I really felt like I knew this piece inside and out. No more stressing about when my entrances were.

I’m planning to do this with basically every piece I prepare from now on. Now that I have this standard of preparation, I feel unprepared if I haven’t “duetted” the piece!
