New World Symphony Audition
This audition was at the Colburn school in downtown LA, very convenient for me. The rep I played was Mozart G exposition, Leonore overture opening, Brahms 4, and Firebird. Thoughts: Mozart: pretty strong, and since the audition wasn’t blind, I was able to see the panel grooving along which was cool. Leonore: started too slow…
